Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Serie A 38-0 — the website at serie-a-38-0.com and the Serie A 38-0 mobile app (together, the "Service"), provided by XD Labs ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be old enough to consent to data processing in your country (16 in much of the EU; 13 elsewhere) to use account features. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. The Service

Serie A 38-0 is a squad-building game in which you draft an XI and simulate a season. It is an unofficial, fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Lega Serie A, any football club, or any player. Team names, player references, and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and commentary only.

3. Accounts

• Accounts are optional and let you sync progress, appear on leaderboards, and challenge friends.
• You are responsible for keeping access to the email you sign in with.
• You may delete your account at any time (see deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• cheat, tamper with scores, or interfere with leaderboards or the game's integrity;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its backend;
• upload or display a club/display name that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party rights.

Scores are verified server-side; submissions we determine to be forged or manipulated may be removed and the account restricted.

5. User content

You are responsible for the content you provide (such as your display/club name). You grant us a limited license to display it within the Service (e.g. on leaderboards and to friends you challenge). We may remove content that breaches these Terms.

6. Virtual items

The Service may include in-game cosmetics, badges, and rewards. These are part of the game, have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, or exchanged for money, and may change or be discontinued. The game is free; there are no in-app purchases.

7. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising (Google AdMob in the App, Google AdSense on the Site). Advertising and consent are described in our Privacy Policy. You can choose non-personalized ads where applicable.

8. Intellectual property

The Service's original code, design, and content (excluding third-party marks referenced for identification) are owned by XD Labs and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XD Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including your mandatory rights as a consumer).

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end the Service, or your access to it, where reasonably necessary (for example, for legal, security, or operational reasons).

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts, save for any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
